Dein Ziel
- Die Zukunft der Baustellensteuerung gestalten durch die erfolgreiche Implementierung unserer Lösungen auf Baustellen und den Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften mit unseren KundInnen.
Die Umsetzung
- Kundenbetreuung und Analyse: Du betreust eigenverantwortlich dein Kundenportfolio und Entwicklung gezielter Lösungen für die modellbasierte Baustellensteuerung.
- Implementierungsstrategien: Vom Onboarding über die Projektbegleitung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Rollout entwickelst du maßgeschneiderte Strategien und setzt diese umsetzen.
- Nutzer- und Kundenprofilen: Du sammelst und dokumentierst alle wichtigem Infos zu KundInnen, Projekten und NutzerInnen, um eine gezielte Baustellensteuerung zu gewährleisten.
- Wissensaustausch, Produkt- und Prozessentwicklung: Deine wertvollen Einblicke aus der Praxis teilst du mit deinem Spectee-Team und gemeinsam erarbeiten wir Prozessoptimierungen und Produktverbesserungen.
Das Extra
- Datenkoordination und technischer Support: In Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung und den Polieren unterstützt du bei Setups, löst potenzielle Blockaden und koordinierst Daten.

Unsere Wunschvorstellung von dir

Deine Erfahrung
- Berufserfahrung: Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bauwesen, idealerweise im Roh- und Ausbau (schlüsselfertig), und bist auch im Customer Success Management nicht neu.
- Analytisches und technisches Verständnis: Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Mindset und die Fähigkeit, Kundenanforderungen zu hinterfragen und präzise zu verstehen.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst komplexe technische Inhalte zielgruppengerecht und geduldig erklären, sowohl im Umgang mit KundInnen als auch mit deinem Team.
- Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative: Du arbeitest strukturiert, (selbst-)organisiert und lösungsorientiert mit einer „Hands-on“-Mentalität.
- Sprachkompetenzen: Fließendes Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse zeichnen dich aus.
Das i-Tüpfelchen
- Planungs- und Steuerungstools: Kenntnisse in LEAN, Modellierung (z.B. Revit), BIM-Methode und der resultierenden Dateiformate (z.B. IFC) komplettieren deinen specter-fit.
- Bauleitung: Du bist das perfekte Komplettpaket, wenn du bereits Erfahrungen in der Bauleitung mitbringst.

Your daily business looks something like this

Your Goal
- Shape the future of construction site management by successfully implementing our solutions on construction sites and building long-term partnerships with our clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Client Support and Analysis: You will independently manage your client portfolio and develop targeted solutions for model-based construction site management.
- Implementation Strategies: From onboarding through project support to successful rollout, you will develop and implement tailored strategies.
- User and Client Profiles: You will collect and document all essential information about clients, projects, and users to ensure targeted construction site management.
- Knowledge Sharing, Product, and Process Development: You will share your valuable practical insights with your Spectee team, and together, we will work on process optimizations and product improvements.
The Extra
- Data Coordination and Technical Support: In collaboration with site management and foremen, you will assist with setups, resolve potential blockages, and coordinate data.

Your Experience
- Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally in structural and interior construction (turnkey), and you are also familiar with Customer Success Management.
- Analytical and Technical Understanding: You possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to question and precisely understand customer requirements.
- Communication Skills: You can explain complex technical content in a target group-oriented and patient manner, both when dealing with clients and within your team.
- Working Style and Initiative: You work in a structured, (self-)organized, and solution-oriented manner with a hands-on mentality.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
The Cherry on Top
- Planning and Control Tools: Knowledge of LEAN, modeling (e.g., Revit), the BIM method, and related file formats (e.g., IFC) completes your specter-fit.
- Site Management: You are the perfect all-rounder if you already have experience in site management.
