50% Datenkoordination und technischer Support: In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kund innen
unterstützt du bei Projekt-Setups und bist Ansprechpartnerin rund um Modellthemen.
30% Kunden-Supportanfragen und Analyse: Du sammelst Anfragen der Kund:innen und treibst eine Kl-Lösung voran, um ein individuelles Supporttool zu etablieren.
15% Software-Schulungen: Du begleitest Termine zum Onboarding von (Neu-) Kund:innen und Workshops zu Schulungszwecken.
5% BIM-Konferenzen: Begeistert dich die Welt um BIM, dann besuche mit uns Veranstaltungen
rund um dein Interessensgebiet und vertrete dabei specter.

Unsere Wunschvorstellung von dir

Du steckst mitten in deinem Master Studium im Bereich Architektur.
Du bringst Verständnis für 3D Modellierung und die Abläufe auf der Baustelle mit.
Du hast vielleicht bereits erste Erfahrungen in der KundInnenbetreuung gesammelt
Du bist motiviert Neues zu lernen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und bist auch auf Englisch gut unterwegs.

Your daily business looks something like this

50% Data Coordination and Technical Support: In collaboration with our clients, you support project setups and act as a point of contact for all model-related topics.
30% Customer Support Requests and Analysis: You collect client inquiries and help drive a custom AI solution to establish an individualized support tool.
15% Software Training: You assist with onboarding sessions for (new) clients and conduct training workshops.
5% BIM Conferences: Passionate about the world of BIM? Join us at industry events focused on your area of interest and represent specter.

Our wishful thinking of you

You’re currently pursuing your Master’s degree in Architecture.
You have a solid understanding of 3D modeling and construction site processes.
Ideally, you’ve already gained some initial experience in customer support.
You’re motivated to learn new things and take on responsibility.
You speak English fluently and might also be confident communicating in German.
